As part of this project, MeiCook GmbH is developing an intelligent autonomous mini-kitchen for the automated preparation of freshly prepared hot meals.

The starting point of the project is a functional prototype of a stationary cooking machine. Within the project, this will be further developed into a fully integrated, AI- and robot-supported cooking system.

Project objectives

The aim of the project is to develop a market-ready, certification-capable system designed for series production. The autonomous mini-kitchen should be able to automatically prepare at least two different hot dishes while meeting the requirements for food safety, sustainability and ease of use.

In addition, the hardware and software will be further developed for customer testing, user acceptance will be tested, environmental validation will be carried out, and the prerequisites for CE certification will be created.

Expected results

The result of the project will be a near-series, market-ready and certification-capable automated cooking system that can be used flexibly in commercial environments.

The project is funded under the programme “EFRE Bremen 2021 to 2027” and the guideline “Funding of innovative and Green Tech start-ups / BRE-Up”.
